Senator Trump moved to amend the bill on page two, section three, line thirty-four, after the word “same” by inserting the words “and appropriately witnessed by an individual who shall sign and provide his or her name in print”;

            And,

            On page two, section three, lines thirty-seven and thirty-eight, by striking out the words “and no assignment”.
